30 days. No interrogation. No restocking fees.

How a return works

  1. Email returns@sollistic.shop with your order number and a quick line about why.
  2. We email back a prepaid return label, usually within a few hours.
  3. Pop the item in any padded envelope or the original box, stick the label on, and drop it at any carrier point.
  4. Refund hits your card 2–5 business days after we receive it. We'll email you the moment it ships.

What's covered

  • · Changed your mind — no questions asked
  • · Item arrived defective or damaged
  • · Wrong item or wrong variant shipped
  • · Item stopped working in the first 90 days

What's not covered

  • · Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened seat cushions) where the seal is broken
  • · Customized or personalized items
  • · Items returned after the 30-day window
  • · Gift cards
